Mind vs Heart
There's a quiet battle most of us carry,the
one between what we feel and what we
know.
The mind is shaped by experience. It
remembers what hurt, what worked, what
didn't. It tries to protect us, to guide us
toward what's right, what's safe, what
makes sense.
But the heart..
the heart doesn't follow rules
 
 
It pulls us toward what feels alive, even
when it's uncertain. It whispers "try again"
when the mind says "you've learned this
lesson already." It holds onto hope long
after logic has let go
 
 
And somewhere in between those two
voices...we become who we are.
Not by choosing one over the other, but by
learning how to listen to both. By
understanding that the mind carries
wisdom, and the heart carries truth.
This piece lives in that space
where clarity meets emotion,
where strength feels soft,
Where the answer isn't simple.
 
Because sometimes, the most human thing
we can do....
is to stand in the middle of that tension and
