Not because it's bad
But because it's not all of you
It's strange... you can be doing everything
"right"
and still feel like something inside you is
waiting
Like a part of you is quieter than it should
be. Smaller than it was meant to be.
I know what it feels like to doubt that voice.
To question if it's just restlessness, or if
you're asking for too much.
But deep down... I don't think it is.
think it's the part of us that remembers
Before the fear. Before the compromises.
Before we learned to stay safe
This piece came from that place.
From the tension between who I am... and
who I know I could be.
It's not about having answers
It's about not turning away from that feeling
anymore.
Because it doesn't leave.
And maybe it's not supposed to.
