Alchemy of the Heart
 
 
This piece came from a moment when I
started to feel myself again. After a long
time of holding things in, of staying tight
just to get through, warmth slowly returned
to my body and my heart.
 
 
t's about what happens when you stop
forcing yourself to be okay and allow what
you've been carrying to soften. Not
everything needs to be broken to change.
Some things transform simply by being felt
and held with honesty
 
 
The colors reflect that process,emotion
moving, tension releasing, and heaviness
turning into something lighter.
 
 
This work is a reminder to me that healing
doesn't arrive all at once, and the heart
doesn't lose its capacity to love. It just
needs time, patience, and care.
