Awareness This one felt different while I was creating it Like something was looking back at me. Lately l've been dealing with some health stuff, and it forced me to slow down.. not by choice, but because I had to. In that space, I started noticing how much I've been pushing myself past my own limits. Not in an obvious way. Just small things. ignoring what my body was telling me, thinking I can handle more, moving forward without really checking in. And at some point it hits you, maybe it's not just the situation that's imiting you, maybe it's the way you've , e been been treating yourself inside it. That realization is uncomfortable But also strangely grounding I think this piece holds that moment When you see something clearly, and even if you don't have the answer yet... you know you can't unsee it. Still sitting with it.
