it yourself. It's just there, quiet, heavy,
sometimes overwhelming, sometimes
comforting. A place you return to without
choosing it


I think we all carry something like that.


"The Quiet Core" came from sitting with
those moments. The ones where everything
slows down and you're left with what's
underneath... without distraction, without
noise.


Not everything inside us is meant to be
understood right away
Some things are just meant to be felt.
